Didnt do what I thought it would

Went to color thief website. They showed an easy "tap" on the image to view a color palette. Exactly what I wanted. Downloaded app. I can scroll through my images and make the colors of one apply to another one. Nice I guess but not what I wanted to do....

Found no ability to create a color palette.
